Mass Mailing

Odoo’s Mass Mailing module allows you to easily send mass mails to your contacts, leads, opportunities and customers. You can track the performance of mailing campaigns to improve conversion rates.

It gives feature to design professional email templates and reuse templates in just a few clicks.

Steps :
1. Create List
2. Create or Import E-mails in List
3. Design Mail Template
4. Create Mass Mailing Campaign

Let’s start in Odoo.
Firstly, Create a new Mailing List.
(Marketing → Mailing List → Mailing List)

Then, Import a database of prospects or create and add new Emails or filter on existing leads, opportunities and lists of customers in no time at all.

(Marketing → Mailing List → Contacts)

The next step is to define email templates or reuse the content or specific design for your newsletter. Here I am using existing Newsletter.

(Marketing → Mass Mailing → Mail Templates)

You can Edit it as required.

Odoo gives very user friendly WYSWYG environment to create Mail Templates.

Click on Edit Template to open Template Editor.

Now easily manage your mailing campaigns with simple, user friendly and powerful options.
