Employee Lead Creation:

Steps To be Followed :

User: Employee

Human Resource -- Lead Generation – Lead

Step 1 - Creating Lead

  • Click Create Button
  • Subject – Describe about the Lead information
  • Account Name is Mandatory – Check the Account Available in Account Tab, If Account is not available enter the proper details in the below mentioned list,
  • Account Name
  • Address
  • Country
  • Contact Name
  • Email
  • Function
  • Phone andMobile

Opportunity Information

  • For Opportunity the listed informations are mandatory
  • Expected Closing
  • Expected Revenue
  • Product/Interest Area
  • Currency by default USD


Description – Full description about the client requirement

  • Task Date
  • Time spent
  • Unit
  • Task status
  • Task Remarks

Step 2 - Confirming Lead

  • Click Save and Confirm the Lead
  • On Confirmation email notification send to BU Head for Lead validation by keeping cc with employee name who create this lead

User: Business Unit Head

Human Resource -- Lead Generation – Lead

Step 2 - Convert To Opportuntiy

  • Click Convert to Opportunity and this information is updated in CRM Opportunity
  • Opportunity Link and Opportunity Status will be displayed here for Employee Reference
