Steps To be Followed :

Human Resource -- Lead Generation – Lead
Step 1 - Creating Lead
- Click Create Button
- Subject – Describe about the Lead information
- Account Name is Mandatory – Check the Account Available in Account Tab, If Account is not available enter the proper details in the below mentioned list,
- Account Name
- Address
- Country
- Contact Name
- Function
- Phone andMobile
Opportunity Information
- For Opportunity the listed informations are mandatory
- Expected Closing
- Expected Revenue
- Product/Interest Area
- Currency by default USD
Description – Full description about the client requirement
- Task Date
- Time spent
- Unit
- Task status
- Task Remarks
Step 2 - Confirming Lead
- Click Save and Confirm the Lead
- On Confirmation email notification send to BU Head for Lead validation by keeping cc with employee name who create this lead
User: Business Unit Head
Human Resource -- Lead Generation – Lead
Step 2 - Convert To Opportuntiy
- Click Convert to Opportunity and this information is updated in CRM Opportunity
- Opportunity Link and Opportunity Status will be displayed here for Employee Reference
