Welcome to JMR YESS! (Yearly Employee Satisfaction Survey)

We thank you for taking out your valuable time to attend to the Survey.

YESS has been designed with a view to study your experience with regards to the Organizational Climate at JMR & bring about the required changes to the system to make it a better place to work.

There are  objective questions to be answered on a defined rating scale in addition to 1 subjective question & the total time to be taken to complete the survey should not exceed 30 minutes.

Your responses are important, hence we seek your candid & honest opinion around each & every aspect of the organization. The NA option is made available for only two questions (Q8 from first section and Q3 from second section), if you feel you can’t answer or are uncertain about, select the “NA” option. Your responses will be kept highly confidential & anonymous and no information that would identify the responses of any individual, will be reported.
